1Create an online account. Student athletes under the age of 18 will be part of a “Family” account and will need a parent or guardian to complete registration.
2Create a profile for all users associated with the account.
3TO REGISTER: Select “Register Now”. Then select the Registrant by name, and “Register Now”. You will be asked a series of questions related to the Registrant. Then the open Registration sessions will appear. For adults, you will see Coach & Rider Spring Registration and Background Check. Select the appropriate session and then “Register Now”. You will then be asked another series of questions. The registration order will be placed into your shopping cart. If you want to add another registration, select “Register” and repeat. Note: If you are registering as a coach for your annual license, you will also need to add a Background Check. This too will be placed in your shopping cart.
4Checkout. If you have successfully checked out, you will receive a confirmation email.
5Mail in the original, signed copy of your waivers. Links to these waivers will be in your registration confirmation email.

NOTE: Coaches and Riders are not insured and eligible to ride under our program until the League has received their signed waivers. When fully eligible to ride, you will receive a confirmation email.
I am having trouble with the online registration system, who should I contact?
What are my payment options?
We accept credit and debit cards as well as a pay by check option. Note that if you select pay by check, your registration is not complete until payment is received.
Do you have a payment plan for registration fees?
Yes. We offer a payment plan for Spring League program fees only. When you get to the payment options at the end of your registration session, you will have the choice to pay lump sum or via payment plan. Sorry – no payment plan options are available for team or coach registrations.
My son/daughter has received a financial scholarship. How do I handle this in the online registration system?
When you received your letter of acceptance for your scholarship, you should have also received a discount code to be used when registering.
Annual Membership Fees: No refunds.
Program Fees: Program Fees are partially refunded and issued for season-ending injuries only. Refunds are prorated based on the number of weeks remaining in the program, less a 15% administrative fee. Spring League: No refunds for Program Fees will be issued after the first race.
Conferences, Summits, Camps & Clinics: 100% refundable 2 weeks prior to event, less 15% administrative fee. 50% refundable 1 week prior to event, less 15% administrative fee. No refunds issued after 1 week prior to event.
Washington Student League Programs & Offerings
The Spring League season is from December 1st to June 15th.
Registration opens on December 1st for Teams, Coaches and Riders. REGISTRATION FOR RACES IS NOT NECESSARY. Your Spring League registration includes all League races.
NOTE: Registration is not complete until all signed forms have been received. When forms are received, you will receive notification that you fully registered and ready to ride!

Coaches, Ride Leaders, Team Volunteers:
- Annual Coach License: $30.00
- Annual Background Screening: $12.00
- Division II (15+ riders): $250.00
- Division I (1-14 riders): $150.00
The DIRT EXPLORERS Club is for students grades 7 through 12 who want to experience the great outdoors on a bike. Explore new trails, make new friends, work on basic mountain bike skills and have fun on a bike.
Riders meet every Saturday for 4 weeks in September and October.
- Washington Student League and Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance members: $100.00
- Non-Members: $130.00
