All registration for any Washington Student League event or program goes through our online registration system. Because we are a youth organization, the accounts in the system are “family” accounts. Student athletes under the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian to the primary account holder.
  1. Create an online account or login to your existing account.
  2. Select “Register to Play/Participate“.
  3. Then select “New Child” and set up the profile of the child that you are registering.
  4. Select your division under “Coach & Rider Spring League Registration” (middle school or high school), then “Register”.
  5. Enter the information about your child’s team and school, then select “Continue”.
  6. Read and agree to consent.
  7. You will now see your registration in the shopping cart. Select “Checkout”, then payment type under “Payment Options”, then “Continue”, then “Place Order”.
  8. Mail in the original, signed copy of your waivers. Links to these waivers will be in your registration confirmation email.
Once waivers and payment has been received (immediately if paying via credit card), we will then assign your child to the team roster. At this time you will receive email notification and this is when your child is eligible to start riding with the team.

No, not at this time. If you are in need of financial assistance, we do offer scholarships to student athletes.

My son/daughter has received a financial scholarship. How do I handle this in the online registration system?
